Wabel, the company behind France’s popular supplier-matching summits, is no different. They came to us seeking a new way to capture feedback from their audiences, but we soon realised that we could also help them deliver new value to their exhibitors.

Johnson’s Baby

Johnson&Johnson partnered with Ksubaka to reverse the decline in footfall in the Baby & Mummy area of RTMart stores, a category where 50 percent of sales have already moved online. Ksubaka was able to create a whole new experiential space, building a new retail ecosystem with Johnson&Johnson and RT Mart. The interactive experience was followed-up by a customer services like fast-scan pay and 1h delivery.

AIDS Memory UK

AIDS Memory UK partnered with Ksubaka to identify their audience and who they appeal to, grow their follower base. As a newcomer to the charitable sector, they were keen to use Ksubaka displays and surveys to enhance the professionalism of their image. The experience ran in pop-up shop in Soho in the period running up to and during the London Pride, gathering live insights from the LGBT community.

Topshop - Topman

Topshop partnered with Ksubaka to identify and understand the 70% of visitors who were leaving their store on Oxford street without purchasing. The incentive for interaction is a chance to win a £250 voucher, which is doubled by completing follow-up survey.

Customer experience for travel and hospitality UK

Ksubaka participated at the IQPC UK exchange on Customer experience for travel and hospitality as a sponsor. In addition, we partnered with IQPC by providing 3 campaigns airing on 11 PlaySpots and one big touch screen.

Pasta Loves Sauce

Italy’s #1 selling pasta, engaged Ksubaka to deliver an in-store 30-days campaign in Singapore, which fulfilled three key criteria; 1. Bring the brand to life in an interactive, fun and engaging campaign 2. Demonstrate the versatility of Barilla pasta and 3. Encourage in-store sales

Hypermarkets in China

CR Vanguard wanted to increase shopper satisfaction and offer their brand partners a digital solution to drive in-store sales and awareness. To date, Vanguard has expanded the Ksubaka Platform to 77 cities across China and is engaging 8.9 million shoppers per month on the Ksubaka playSpots

Supermarkets in Singapore

FairPrice, Singapore’s largest retailer, wanted to innovate its retail space to improve the shopping experience and drive awareness for its new FairPrice Online portal. In 2016, after a successful 3 months pilot, Fairprice signed an agreement to expand the Ksubaka Platform across 100% of its stores.

Cinemas in China

Evergrande Group was launching a chain of cinemas and reached out to Ksubaka to help them entertain moviegoers while they waited and drive concessions. To date, Evergrande has expanded the Ksubaka Platform to 46 cities and is seeing engagement rates as high as 80% vs daily ticket sales.

Tenderness is Inside

Milka (Mondelēz International) invited Ksubaka to use its ‘power of play’ skills to design a game that drew consumers in, taught them about the product and crucially created a genuine ‘moment of tenderness.’
